The Discount Window Centre Ltd is one of the very few Window Companies in the North West who have NEVER changed our Original Trading Name and have been Trading for over 15 years.

As advertised we do not use any Sales Reps (therefore saving up to 20% in commission), Gimmicks or Pressure. We endeavour to be as quick and efficient as possible without failing to offer you an excellent service. Our price quotation should last no more than 15-30 minutes. A member of our Customer Support Team will give you a price there and then when possible with a full written quotation emailed on the same day. You will NOT be asked to make a decision on the day.

Recognising that replacement Windows, Doors or a new Conservatory is a major investment, we go out of our way to ensure that you’re happy, content and comfortable every step of the way. Our friendly and helpful Team are always there to answer any questions you have as well as to offer you advice and support. Total Customer satisfaction is our number one aim.

The Discount Window Centre Ltd is a FENSA registered company No. 26331 and approved installer and retailer for all products supplied by the company. All of our prices are carefully priced exclusively bespoke and priced to the penny to your exact request and never rounded up so that our first price will always be our best.

All of our Windows, Doors and Conservatory systems are fully compliant to conform to the Government’s ‘Part L’ legislation, and within the scope of the building regulations and manufactured using the latest technology, and quality checked by the strictest of controls.

All our Window systems used are 70mm x 60mm Casements as Standard but we also offer 70mm x 70mm and 70mm x 50mm Window Casements and all Internally Beaded for added security, reinforced as standard and hold all major accreditations necessary.

All our Fitted Frames are glazed with 28mm Low Emission Energy Saving Glass Units including Warm Edge Spacer Bars and Argon Filled Gas with a Minimum ‘A’ Energy Rating as standard which is a strict requirement within the scope of the Building Regulations.

Toughened Glass maybe required for safety and performance reasons or common areas of impact risk’. N.B. Our standard brand of Low Emission Glass is Planitherm by choice.

Our Window and Door systems only use High Security Multi Point Locking Mechanisms which carry the Official Police Security Initiative Badge and fully meet the BSI requirements. All opening windows have a Night Vent action which is lockable.

All of our products Retailed and Installed carry a Minimum 10 year manufacturer’s guarantee unless otherwise stated under the terms and conditions of sale on the customer contract. We also offer every customer a 10 year Insurance Backed Guarantee from Q.A.N.W. Services Ltd who are members of the General Insurance Standards Council.

The installation service offered has over 15 years experience and in the replacement window industry that speaks for itself.
